Why you never answer me

Song of hope and yearning
Every night I'm dreaming
Of you to become my wings

How long? How long?
Should I stand and wait
How strong? How strong?
Does my heart hold on faith

For every tear that falls
I wish you'll return my calls
For every day and night
I wish to be by your side

Oo yes I still believe
That you are there somewhere
And this longing won't last forever

I will keep on waiting
for you to put on a ring
And so you will be my knight
